If you are using 0.6.1+ then updating pre-releases is easy, simply select the pre-releases checkbox in the Alfred Preferences under the Update tab and perform the Sparkle update as usual.
Please be aware that running Alfred on a pre-release version will always be safe but may be unstable.
If you are experiencing problems, please report them to us directly. Preferably, contact us via the Report a Bug form rather than over Twitter or in our Get Satisfaction forum as posting publicly about new features/bugs can confuse the many users who are using general releases.
